Miss Nicole stepped into the driving seat in 2024 as Head. Nicole trained as an Early Years Educator and has worked in independent schools across London. With over 15 years in early years education Nicole pours heart and passion into everything she does, showing dedication, discipline and always ready to support families on their children's educational journey.

Who does not love Miss Eleni? She has certainly won our hearts at Rocket with her kindness and caring approach. Eleni is a highly qualified Early Years teacher and holds QTS. Miss Eleni is Deputy Head, 1st Year Lead as well as our Curriculum & Innovation Engineer. She achieved her Early Childhood degree in her native Athens and has also been working in private Early Years settings in London before joining us two years ago. We love how passionate she is about teaching and learning and she prides herself on the enabling and inspiring learning environment she creates for the children in her class. Feedback is that children feel valued and safe in her care, she makes her own fantastic resources and her children become eager and independent explorers. A true role model, Miss Eleni also assists our Director of Education as Curriculum and Innovation Engineer.

Miss Liana did not have to move far as she joined us after a seven year stint teaching at Strawberry Fields. She is a natural born teacher and we love that she is also a lifelong learner, despite all her experience and knowledge she continues to study and learn! She has completed her SENCO award and brings her previous SEND experience into her role as Learning Support Coordinator.

Miss Maria is one of our most senior Rocket veterans with more than a decade experience working with us, especially with the first year classes. She is always looking at developing her knowledge and practice for the benefit of the children in her care. Although she was already graduated, Maria decided to retrain with us and achieved her Early Years Educator qualification. Maria moved from our sister school, Chelsea Pre-Prep where she was a well known teacher by all families. A mother herself, Maria can offer a sympathetic shoulder to children and great advice to parents during tricky times like the settling in process. Maria is an expert when it comes to schemas and sensory play and we are so happy to have her back after her second maternity leave.

With a decade's experience teaching in popular private settings within the RBKC borough, Mr. Luke brings a wealth of knowledge, endless fun, and a plethora of unique ideas making it the perfect recipe for a true Rocket teacher. His in depth knowledge of the EYFS is evident and as a former Deputy Head, he's not only led with support but has consistently sought to continue to learn, always keen to share fresh insights and best practices with the team. We look forward to seeing Luke continued growth as he continues teaching our 1st year at Grand West.

Miss Nathalie moved to GW last year with 13 years of experience in Early Years. She oozes creativity and passion and with her extensive experience and love for learning we are sure she'll be lighting up the classroom. She loves telling animated stories and has unique ideas that always has the children thinking and problem solving. Miss Nathalie's love for the outdoors made her perfect for the role of Environmental & Forest School Lead. She recognises the importance of outdoor learning, sustainability and environmental education and, is not afraid of getting her hands dirty! She's also work in leadership roles and as a SENCO. Miss Nathalie will continue teaching our 2nd years at Grand West.

Miss Saffron started ballet lessons in America when she was 18 months old and has loved ballet ever since, taking exams in both ISTD and RAD alongside tap and modern. She is also a seasoned performer, dancing in numerous ballet shows, West End shows and school productions. After her A levels, Miss Saffron was offered a place at the Royal Academy of Dance, but she chose to study Performing Arts for a year to develop her all-round performance skills. In 2021, Miss Saffron took up her place on the BA in Ballet Education degree course at the Royal Academy of Dance and graduated after her three years of study. Miss Saffron has taught ballet and Performing arts across London, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. She is excited to bring her passion for ballet and performing arts.

Inclusive Learning and Wellbeing Coordinator. Miss Anna joined Grand West two years ago with a wealth of experience across London nurseries. She is a true life-long learner, Anna holds QTS and is also trained on Montessori, Reggio Emilia and project based learning approaches and currently training in Psychotherapy. Her passion for teaching and her bubbly and nurturing personality makes her the perfect Learning Support Coordinator. She has completed her SENCO award and continues to teach our 1st years.

Another Rocket veteran, Miss Kim moves from Kingsland when she was one of our inaugural teachers. Kim brings the sparkle of her native Emerald Isle to Grand West and has already charmed children, parents and staff alike with her sunny disposition. An expert with our younger children, Miss Kim lends her sweet nature to her teaching, giving her students a positive, playful experience everyday and creating an environment where they can really be themselves and learn through her hands on Rocket Approach. Miss Kim is a qualified Early Years Educator and has also qualifications on Supervision and childcare which she completed back in Ireland.

We first spotted JJ at our sister school Chelsea Pre-Prep where he used to come in as external football coach. JJ has always been a favourite amongst our children. His aim has been to provide children with a positive introduction to sports in the hope that these skills encourage children to stay healthy and active throughout their lives. After so many years we finally convinced Mr JJ to become our Sports and P.E teacher at Grand West where he has already made a big impact on our children's development! Seeing the incredible impact he has had on the children's development he decided to train as a SENDCO this year to continue to support children at individual levels.

A true veteran, Miss Amaia moved three years ago from our sister school, Chelsea Pre-Prep, were she had been teaching for three years. With a degree in primary education and holding QTS, Miss Amaia’s move from Spain to London propelled her into Early years. A move that perfectly blends with her gentle nature and creative instinct, she even taught at popular art camps in our local community. Miss Amaia was part of our inaugural Rocket Earth team, travelling to Thailand this summer to volunteer and deliver educational workshops. With a focus on a child-led approach and meeting individual needs, Amaia, encourages the children to think independently and kindly empowers them to pursuit their personal talents and interests. She teaches our 2nd years.

Miss Amelia moved over from the US 2 years ago where she took on a teaching role in a London Prep School. Her search continued and she finally found her way to us eager to jump on board and take on the next generation of Rocketeers. With her strong Montessori experience, Amelia understands the importance of creating a positive environment for children to thrive. She oozes creativity and we will likely find her in her zone with some Taylor Swift in the background. Amelia will be joining us as a 2nd Year Teacher.

Miss Lea joins us with a Montessori background and many years’ experience in a leading roles. Her values and her passion for teaching have her set to create the most enriching environment for the children to succeed. Miss Lea also takes pride in her partnership with parents and looks forward to creating a family environment within her classroom. With an artistic flare Miss Lea is looking forward to bringing out the children’s creative side. Miss Lea is level 3 qualified and working toward her level 5. She has also spent time as a French Teacher and is excited to be joining the 2nd Years on their journey at Grand West.

After a career change, Miss Mel joined us six years ago and now we cannot imagine the Rocket Pre-Preps without her! She has been working across all age groups in both Chelsea Pre-Prep and Kingsland where she decided to study for her Level 3 and landed at Grand West last year. Being a mother herself, she is more than familiar with what children bring to the party. A natural with the children, Miss Mel always has a smile on her face and injects energy, positivity and kindness into every classroom she walks in.

Get ready for plenty of energy, creativity and hands-on fun with Miss Cristina! A Level 3 qualified Early Years professional, she brings a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and a real passion for helping our young Rocketeers learn through play and discovery.
With over five years’ experience as a Rocket Teacher, Miss Cristina knows exactly how to turn everyday moments into exciting learning adventures. This year marks her fourth year at Grand West, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of our team!
Whether she’s getting stuck into an activity, sparking a new idea or joining in with the fun, Miss Cristina brings her energy to everything she does, making sure our Rocketeers feel confident, curious and ready to blast off!

Miss Alexia is the definition of someone who wears many hats and somehow makes every single one look effortless. In the midst of the daily whirlwind, she moves through the chaos with calm precision, keeping everything running smoothly while adding her own unmistakable flair. Her ability to juggle tasks, support the team, and still bring creativity and personality to Rocket is nothing short of impressive.

Amy leads Rocket’s finance and HR functions across all schools, ensuring systems run seamlessly while staying grounded in care and clarity. After years as the much-loved Office Guru at Chelsea Pre-Prep, she now supports the Rocket group overseeing Data protection and GDPR, invoicing, payroll, recruitment, and staff wellbeing. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and signature Scottish wit, Amy brings both structure and care to everything she does. She works closely with school offices and leadership teams to ensure Rocket’s operations remain consistent, people-focused, and always a step ahead.

Miss Lauren is one of the longest standing members of Rocket after a decade of being Deputy head and Safeguarding lead with Mr Stuart at both Kingsland & Chelsea Pre-Prep. Sharp, professional and committed to shape our practice, Miss Lauren holds a BA in Early Childhood and has trained as Designated Safeguarding Lead. Expect to see her often in the office, holding the fort if a Head is out of the office or walking around to support teachers develop and implement our curriculum and the Rocket Approach. Miss Lauren also supports our Deputy Heads overseeing Compliance (Safeguarding and Health and Safety) across all Pre-Preps.

Miss Andrea joined Rocket in 2018 after a decade in education, including being the inaugural Headteacher at two outstanding nurseries in Kensington and Fulham and teaching at independent Prep schools. Andrea holds QTS and is a specialist in the field of Early Years. As a mother of three, Andrea is also more than familiar with the 4+, 7/8+ and 11+ assessments and next schools dilemma. Miss Andrea spent five years as the Head at Chelsea Pre-Prep and is now the Executive Head at our four Rocket Pre-Preps and also supporting families as a true parenting expert. Miss Andrea is also our ECTs Mentor and Tutor.

Michelle took on the role of Managing Director of Rocket Productions UK in Summer 2025, becoming the key figure overseeing the heartbeat of all Rocket schools across the UK as we grow. With a background in Economics and international teaching experience in Dubai, Michelle’s journey with Rocket is nothing short of iconic. She was part of the founding team at Kingsland, helped pioneer the Office Guru role, and has led both Kingsland and Grand West Pre-Preps as Headteacher bringing clarity, flair, and unwavering excellence to everything she touches. Widely respected for her vision and calm leadership, Michelle works closely with Stuart and each school Office, overseeing day-to-day operations while upholding consistency and excellence across all Rocket Pre-Preps. Michelle supports each of our settings to thrive in the present while confidently shaping what’s next with a relentless commitment to every child’s flourishing and a culture of high expectations across the board.

A jack of all trades, Miss Winsy guides the educational research that shapes our innovative approach, curriculum and projects at Rocket. She joined Chelsea Pre-Prep right at the start in 2009 and now merges her expertise in child development with her passion for education, innovation, and design. Miss Winsy also oversees the ongoing professional development of our teaching staff and is always on hand to support the team around the child, including families and other professionals. She also leads the Rocket Labs alongside our Curriculum & Innovation Engineers where they extend Rocket's mission through action-research, global collaborations and taking part in talks, conferences or case studies. She also support our nonprofit arm, Rocket Earth. Miss Winsy completed her undergraduate teacher training in London and holds EYTS, SENCO accreditation as well as having completed postgraduate studies in Creativity Pedagogies, Neuroscience in Early Years and Counselling Skills for Working with Children.

The creative force behind Rocket Productions, our ‘vision’ man and custodian of the Rocket Mission - to change education. With a grandfather who worked for NASA on the Apollo Missions this is to be expected! Stuart became the founder & Head of Chelsea Pre-Prep in 2009 after having taught in a range of Prep schools and countries, and was named UK’s ‘Top 5 Most Inspirational People in the Early Years sector’. Stuart has spent the past 15 years creating and designing a dynamic and forward-thinking offering to Early Years education in London and a vibrant community of like-minded parents. He oversees the Head Teachers in managing the overall operations at Rocket Productions, developing the Rocket creative universe behind the scenes and building our Rocket culture and ethos.

Miss Antzela stepped into the driving seat as a teacher last year and hasn’t looked back! While continuing to work towards her Level 3, she has quickly become a warm, caring and much-loved member of the Grand West team.
With a wonderful awareness of each individual child, Miss Antzela is passionate about getting to know our young Rocketeers, helping them build confidence, discover their strengths and get ready for whatever exciting adventure comes next.

Solomon joined us last year as our Office Guru after returning to London from six years in Japan, where he worked as a Lead Teacher and Curriculum Coordinator at an international school. He also brings experience as a Parent Relationship Manager at a London nursery. Outside the office, Solomon enjoys baking and dance.

We’re delighted to welcome Miss Karina to Grand West as our Deputy Head! With a wealth of experience in Early Years and private education, she brings a real passion for helping children grow into confident, capable and independent learners.
Miss Karina loves supporting children as they develop the skills they need to take on their next big adventure, both in school and beyond. Alongside her teaching and leadership role, she is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead and Health & Safety Lead, helping to ensure Grand West is a happy, safe and nurturing place for everyone.

We’re so excited to welcome Miss Savannah to Grand West! With her Level 3 qualification in Early Years, she brings a calm, caring and nurturing approach to our First Years.
Miss Savannah is looking forward to joining our youngest Rockets as they take their very first steps into school life. With her gentle nature and supportive approach, she’ll be there to help them settle in, build confidence, make new friends and enjoy every moment of their first Grand West adventure.

We’re thrilled to welcome Miss Christina to Grand West for her very first year as a Rocket Teacher! With endless energy, positivity and creativity, she is always ready to jump in, get involved and make learning an adventure.
With a degree in teaching and over five years of Early Years experience, Miss Christina knows exactly how to bring learning to life for our young Rocketeers. She loves creating fun, engaging experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence and leave children excited to discover what comes next.

Miss Maggie is a graduate with honours from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Miss Maggie holds a degree in Early Childhood Education as well as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). She has spent her career so far in private nursery settings and is passionate in nurturing young minds, where her love for art shines through in the classroom, a perfect fit for our 'Rocket' ethos! Miss Maggie believes in the power of creativity to inspire confidence and curiosity. Outside the classroom, she enjoys a mindful balance of Pilates and yoga.

Miss Ana joined Grand West last year and quickly became a much-loved member of our team! With QTS, a calm and nurturing approach and wonderfully high expectations, she creates a classroom where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn.
Miss Ana is passionate about getting to know every child as an individual, celebrating their strengths and helping them grow in confidence as they discover what they can achieve.
Outside the classroom, Miss Ana has a real passion for Flamenco dancing! She loves the energy, music and expression that come with it and is excited to bring a little of that magic to life at Grand West, sharing her love of dance and helping our children discover their own rhythm and creativity.
